(note up-date at the bottom of this post)
Good thing we have a big house now! There will be 10 people here today (11 if you count Rowdy) No doubt it is going to be a very busy day! Mark will be leaving in a couple of minutes to drive down to Portland to pick up Christopher and I will be busy with last minute cooking. The first guests should start arriving about 2:00. The plan is to have Christmas dinner tonight & open gifts tomorrow morning. The turkey & ham are ready to cook & I have a time schedule made up for everything else. Dinner should be served right around 5:00 tonight. (Hopefully I wont have any oven issues today & it will be on time!) After dinner we have a nice hot spiced wine for the adults and sparking cider for the kids.
Oh, BTW - Christmas miracles do happen! Mark & I got our big Christmas gift a little early this year. Mark will be going back to the slope on Jan. 3rd! He got a great job with the highest pay so far! 2012 is looking to be a great year!
We will have a tone of photos & video to share soon.
Have a very Merry Christmas everyone!
December 26,
This Christmas has turned out to be my best one EVER! The gifts under the tree were well received & fun, but the best gifts were smiling faces & laughter. The greatest gift was family! And we thank each & everyone of you for making our wonderful family possible! We love you all so much!
Note: We have a great video but it is to big to post anywhere. If you want a copy let me know & I will make you a CD.
